Teaching. Teaching is what sets Living Faith Calvary Chapel apart from other churches. That's not to say our teaching is necessarily better, just that it's... different. More than any other church in the Treasure Valley, Living Faith Calvary Chapel emphasizes the End Times, the Rapture, and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. But what really sets us apart is our teaching. Pastor Jason has a no-holds-barred teaching style that is hard to describe and really just has to be experienced. Here at Living Faith Calvary, our focus is on in-depth, verse-by-verse Bible teaching that is applicable, engaging, timely, and geared towards challenging you and equipping you to actively live out your faith (hence the name "Living Faith").

We desire to foster in you a faith that is completely sold out for Jesus Christ and impacting our community for Christ. We're heavy on the historical evidences of the Christian faith, apologetics, Bible prophecy, and current events.

We don't shy away from talking about what the Bible talks about -- whether it be Christian living, Biblical ethics, or the end times. But we always strive to do so in a way that shows others the love and hope that we have in Jesus Christ.

Jesus loves people just the way they are, but He loves them too much to leave them that way. We all have a past - but we all have a future in Christ.

We believe that the pastor's job is not to make Jesus or the Word of God palatable to the culture, but rather to uncompromisingly preach the Word of God -- regardless of whether it's popular, trendy, or even legal. Because the truth of the matter is that the Jesus of the Bible is totally incompatible not only with the culture itself, but also with the comfortable, academic "churchianity" that sadly often passes for Christianity in our present day.

Now more than ever, there’s a war on for the heart and mind of the church. Compromise is rampant. As are distractions. False doctrine is flooding in. Tragically, even Calvary Chapel's are not immune. But Living Faith Calvary Chapel is fighting the good fight, holding fast to the Word of God and “the faith once delivered to the saints”. We're refusing to allow the fallen culture to control the narrative and move the goalpost. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” Living Faith Calvary Chapel is standing firm against the rising tide of darkness sweeping across the land, and pushing into the church. No politics. No woke theology. Just the Word of God and the God of the Word.

Here at Living Faith Calvary Chapel, we endeavor to use the church to build the people, rather than using people to build the church. Therefore, we're not concerned about the church growing, as our focus is on the growth of those attending the church. Besides, growing the church isn't our job, it's God's, and it happens naturally as we focus on Jesus.
